Practicing Can Be Fun

I had a fun meeting with Violin and Alexander Technique Teacher, Joseph Arnold of Philadelphia, PA, who interviewed me about my book, “Have Fun with Your Music”. I hope you enjoy it.

I made the effort to move my computer to the room where the “wifi” cable comes into the house, and it worked - there were no “wifi” issues. However, the location of the windows caused a glare in my eye glasses, so I put the camera up high, and forgot to look up at it. In addition, my computer microphone is tinny sounding and I go off topic a few times, but here is the interview.

Please give me a shout how you like it. I learned a lot for my next interview! Perhaps put a note in the comments below. (Also see my book, Have Fun with Your Music” with all the awesome reviews.)

I am busy working on the second book in this series with more of the same in more depth and more advanced practice concepts. It will also have stories about practicing from various people. I would love to here from you if you have any fun, funny or interesting musical instrument practice stories. - Or other comments for the 2nd book, which by the way is slated to be called. “Passion for Practice, a Mindful Music Odyssey”.

Sincerely,

Becky Chaffee
