Brussel Sprouts that taste like candy! (This is a pinch of this, pinch of that style recipe.)

Ingredients: Brussel Sprouts, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Pepper

Dijon Mustard, Honey, Pomegranate Seeds, Toasted Pine Nuts

————————————————————————————————————

Prepare Brussel sprouts by washing, cutting of ends and cutting in half. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast at 400 deg. F for about 25 minutes until tender.

Remove from oven and mix hot sprouts with about equal amounts of dijon mustard and honey. (The first time, I put more honey and dijon, and they were “candy”. The 2nd time, I put a little less, and they were healthier, but still quite good).

Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and toasted pine nuts over.

I love this so dish much, I make a giant plate of it and use it as an appetizer.
